Although our services are similar to a bank, we are a non-profit financial institution operating strictly for the benefit of our members. We strive to provide our members with higher yields on savings and lower rates on loans. Founded in 1939, our goal is to help each and every member attain a strong and secure financial future.
Membership in the Johnstown School Employees Federal Credit Union is open to employees who work regularly in the Education industry in Cambria and Somerset Counties in Pennsylvania, meaning they work for:
Membership is also open to spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union, employees of the credit union, persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment, members of their immediate family or household, and organizations of such persons.
